East Fork Des Moines River near Algona affecting Kossuth and Humboldt Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...The West Fork Des Moines River at Humboldt, or from Joe Reasoner Dam...to the East Fork Des Moines River. * WHEN...Until Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Water begins threatening homes along Iowa Highway 3 just west of town.
