* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Le Flore, Mayes, Muskogee, Nowata, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may continue in a few areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Areas of light to moderate rain will continue over portions of northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas through early evening.
