At 1258 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near West El Paso, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... West El Paso, Central El Paso, East El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far East El Paso, Mission Valley, Horizon City, Clint, Sunland Park, San Elizario, Fort Bliss, Socorro, Sparks, Homestead Meadows, Biggs Field, Fort Bliss Northeast, and Franklin Mountains State Park.
