* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in east central Pennsylvania, Berks, Lehigh and Northampton. In southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery. * WHEN...From 5 PM EDT this afternoon through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms are expected late this afternoon and into tonight which could produce heavy rain. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered thunderstorms with locally heavy rain are forecast later this afternoon and evening.
