At 1254 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles southeast of Eureka, or 15 miles north of Walla Walla, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Walla Walla. This includes Highway 12 between mile markers 338 and 339.

For the Stehekin River...including Stehekin...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and forecast to continue. * WHERE...Stehekin River at Stehekin. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, water inundates some properties and overtops the temporary corduroy bridge. Company Creek Road inundated at northern end. Battalion Creek culverts are beginning to be overtopped. Water begins damaging Wood Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM PDT Saturday the stage was 21.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 19.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to gradually recede through the next couple of days, dropping below flood stage by May 17. In Washington, Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow accumulations are forecast as low as 3500 feet this evening.

Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...South Washington Cascades and the Northern and Central Cascades of Oregon. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional snowfall of most likely 1 to 4 inches after 11 AM today. There is a 20% chance of an additional 6 inches or more at pass-level.

Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches above 4000 feet, with higher amounts possible in the high terrain. * WHERE...Cascades of Snohomish and Northern King Counties, Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Olympics, Cascades of Pierce and Lewis Counties, and Cascades of Southern King County. * WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Late season snow showers in the mountains may impact those enjoying outdoor recreation in the mountains above 4000 feet through tonight. Warm road temperatures may limit roadway accumulations. However, temporary road accumulations will be possible in heavy snow showers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect cold conditions in the mountains. The highest chances for heavy showers will occur this afternoon. These showers could be accompanied by lighting and small hail.
