* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...In Maryland, Dorchester County. In Virginia, Westmoreland, Northumberland, Lancaster, Middlesex and Mathews Counties. * WHEN...Tides will build overnight and into Saturday with some location approaching minor flood levels Saturday afternoon especially at Bishops Heads and potenially Lewisetta. * IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is possible in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline.
