In Michigan, Northern Berrien and Southern Berrien Counties. * WHEN...From 2 PM EDT /1 PM CDT/ to 11 PM EDT /10 PM CDT/ Friday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts are expected near the Lake Michigan shoreline.
