Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Owyhee River near Mountain City. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Minor flooding along the river channel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:25 AM PDT Sunday the stage was 8.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:25 AM PDT Sunday was 8.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will oscillate above flood stage with a maximum value of 8.2 feet late this evening.
