* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * WHERE...Kern River Valley including Lake Isabella * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include State Routes 155 and 178.

Strongest period of north winds expected tonight into Monday morning. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 10 to 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
