...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Louisiana...Texas... Sabine River Near Deweyville Additional information is available at www.weather.gov. The next statement will be issued Monday evening at 845 PM CDT. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sabine River near Deweyville. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur. At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park. Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:45 PM CDT Sunday was 24.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near 24.7 feet for the next few days, then begin a slow rise to near 24.9 feet Friday evening. For the Bodcau Bayou...including Bayou Bodcau Lake...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Bodcau Bayou at Bayou Bodcau Lake. * WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 172.0 feet, Expect bankfull conditions on Red Chute Bayou. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 172.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 171.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:00 PM CDT Sunday was 172.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow evening and continue falling to 170.4 feet Friday evening. - Flood stage is 172.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 172.5 feet on 04/14/1961. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
