Parts of Humbert Avenue in the East End of Cincinnati also begin to flood. Most of Public Landing becomes flooded, as well as Riverside Park off River Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 51.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 51.3 feet Tuesday morning. - Action stage is 40.0 feet. - Flood stage is 52.0 feet.
