Flood Watch issued May 4 at 9:46AM AST until May 5 at 6:00PM AST by NWS San Juan PR

Attention all residents! Please be advised that a Flood Watch remains in effect. The risk of flash flooding is high and we urge you to take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and that of your loves ones. Stay alert and updated. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...All of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. * WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers is anticipated this afternoon, mostly along the Cordillera Central, with showers drifting toward the east, north and western Puerto Rico. Showers will also develop in the vicinity of the Virgin Islands.
