Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Connecticut River at Hartford. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Lowland flooding is expected along the Connecticut River from Hartford through Wethersfield and Glastonbury, primarily outside of levee protection. This will affect several riverside roadways as well as several park and recreational facilities.
