IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Parkersburg, Marietta, Ripley, Spencer, Harrisville, St. Marys, Elizabeth, Middlebourne, Grantsville, Vienna, Williamstown, Paden City, Sistersville, Pennsboro, Belmont, Sandyville, Mineralwells, Arnoldsburg, North Bend State Park, and Boaz.
