Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will likely be across the higher ridges, but strong winds could downslope into valley locales as well.

...Multiple rounds of showers and isolated thunderstorms will impact portions of the Allegheny Front overnight through early Wednesday evening... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of western Maryland, including the following area, Garrett and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Western Grant and Western Mineral. * WHEN...From midnight EST tonight through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected across the affected area. Expect 1 to 1.50 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts approaching 2 to 3 inches possible.
