* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Arkansas, including the following county, Franklin. * WHEN...Until 545 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 240 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ozark... For the Bayou Dorcheat...including Springhill, Dixie Inn, Lake Bistineau...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Bayou Dorcheat near Springhill. * WHEN...Until further notice. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 14.0 feet early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
