Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Brownville. * WHEN...Until early Saturday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 33.3 feet...or 0.7 feet below flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 37.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening. - Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
