At 140 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Moon Township, moving east at 35 mph. Another possible tornado was near Imperial. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This dangerous storm will be near... Moon Township, Robinson Township, Ambridge, Coraopolis, Sewickley, Imperial, and Leetsdale around 145 AM EDT. Kennedy Township, Stowe Township, Avalon, Emsworth, and Ben Avon around 150 AM EDT. Pittsburgh, Ross Township, McCandless Township, Franklin Park, Bellevue, West View, and McKees Rocks around 155 AM EDT. Ingram around 200 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Pittsburgh International Airport, Ben Avon Heights, Sewickley Heights, Collier Township, South Heights, Bell Acres, Glen Osborne, Haysville, Sewickley Hills, and Edgeworth.
