* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, and Wetzel. * WHEN...Through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph Sunday, causing some blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will possibly mixing with a brief period of sleet or freezing rain before becoming all snow. Final snow accumulations will be dependent on how fast the changeover occurs, resulting in the potential for locally higher accumulations. The heaviest snow will depart Sunday, but increasing winds will cause drifting and some blowing of the snow.

Special Weather Statement

Special Weather Statement issued February 15 at 2:51PM EST by NWS Wilmington OH

The combination of low level moisture and light winds will be favorable for fog development this afternoon. The fog, possibly dense at times, will last at least into this evening before some improvement occurs as a deepening area of low pressure ripples northeast through the region. Motorists should expected visibilities to lower this afternoon with low visibilities continuing into this evening. Visibility may be reduced to a quarter mile or less at times. Be prepared to slow down, allow extra time to reach your destination, and keep your low beam headlights on.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Brown, Clermont, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking, Pike, Ross and Scioto. * WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Two to four inches of rain is forecast with locally higher amounts possible.
