The combination of clear skies and nearly calm winds this morning has led to areas of fog developing, particularly along the river valleys. However, some transient overland fog has developed, which may be locally dense in spots. Fog is expected to burn off shortly after daybreak. Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in visibility. Allow for greater distances between vehicles, use low beam headlights, and allow extra time to reach your destination.
