* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following counties, Clinton, Cumberland and Monroe. * WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 305 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... At 400 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Albany, or 11 miles north of Byrdstown, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Monticello, Oil Valley, Coopersville, Susie, Burfield, Barrier, Parnell, Hidalgo, Rockeybranch, Slickford, Cabell, Griffin, Zula, Powersburg, Sunnybrook, Steubenville, Cooper, and Alpha.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Bracken County Kentucky and Pendleton County Kentucky. * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 335 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... McKinneysburg, Falmouth, Browning Corner, Neave, Kincaid Lake State Park, Lenoxburg, Berlin, Catawba, Milford, Petra, Powersville and Santa Fe. This includes areas along the North Fork Licking River in Bracken County.
