The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulation will be highly elevation dependent with considerably higher amounts above 8000 feet.

Minor lowland flooding on lower mary's river, with minor flooding of rural roads throughout area. Some minor flooding of streets in deeth. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:15 PM PDT Thursday the stage was 5.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 5.5 feet. - The river is expected to continue to rise through the next several days, reaching action stage Friday morning.
