* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Monroe and Noble, southwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Fayette, Greene and Higher Elevations of Fayette, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel. * WHEN...From 7 PM EST this evening through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of moderate to heavy rain are expected through Wednesday afternoon that could create localized totals of up to 2 inches.
