Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1252 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Gully Creek, Pine Branch, East Fork Crooked Creek, Naked Run, Crooked Creek, Fisher River, Glady Fork, Little Reed Island Creek, Mill Creek, Hanks Branch, Little Fisher River, Oglesby Branch, Little Pauls Creek, Meadow Creek and Chestnut Creek.
