For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Friday morning through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...For the Coastal Flood Watch, portions of Battleship Road and USS North Carolina Road are likely impassable. In downtown Wilmington, much of Water Street from Orange Street to Red Cross Street is flooded. The lowest portions of Water Street between Princess and Orange Streets are impassable. Portions of River Road and adjacent residential roads, south of River Road Park, may become impassable. Flooding of residential areas along River Road expands.
