IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power outages. Locations impacted include... Pittsburgh, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, McKeesport, Jeannette, Gastonville, West Mifflin, Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, Scott Township, Whitehall, South Park Township, Munhall, Jefferson Hills, North Versailles, Brentwood, Dormont, Castle Shannon, Pleasant Hills, and Carnegie.
