IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Waterfall, Rockhill Furnace, Broad Top City, Three Springs, Orbisonia, Saltillo, Shirleysburg, Cassville, and Shade Gap.

Blair County in central Pennsylvania... * Until 430 AM EDT. * At 341 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lilly, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Altoona, Hollidaysburg, Roaring Spring, New Enterprise, Martinsburg, Lakemont, Claysburg, Williamsburg, Duncansville, Osterburg, St. Clairsville, and Blue Knob State Park. Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms. This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 1 to 39.
