At 1113 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Crockett to Elamton to Williams to Adele. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... West Liberty, Salyersville, Sandy Hook, Mason, Lewis, Burkhart, Moon, Florress, Falcon, Wonnie, Kernie, Panama, Gillem Branch, Redbush, Relief, Ever, Cottle, Perlie, Niles, and Gordon Ford. THIS INCLUDES Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 58 and 76.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Kentucky, including the following county, Montgomery. * WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1039 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Sterling, Gatewoods Station, Ewington and Prewitt.
