Rough River near Dundee affecting Ohio County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rough River near Dundee. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, County roads between Dundee and Narrows flood. At 26.0 feet, County roads near Sunnydale flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 26.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 26.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 11.3 feet Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.0 feet on 02/13/2008. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Heavy loads will be at the judgment of the ferry operator considering the 12 ton load limit of ferry. Backcountry camping on the Green River floodplain is prohibited. At 20.1 feet, Launching of paddle craft is prohibited. At 32.0 feet, Green River Ferry closes to all traffic due to high water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 32.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 32.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 32.7 feet this morning.
